Welcome to Stailonga, a wholesale hotel booking platform operated by ADNLIZ VENTURES LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking a reservation through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

1. Our Role as an Intermediary

Stailonga acts strictly as an interface connecting you to wholesale travel inventory provided by third-party suppliers and hotels. We do not own, manage, or operate any of the lodging accommodations listed on our site.

When you complete a booking, your legal contract for the lodging is solely between you and the respective hotel or property. Stailonga is not liable for any issues related to your stay, including but not limited to: overbooking, poor service, property damage, injuries, construction noise, or failure to honor special requests.

2. Commercial Reselling Ban

Stailonga provides exclusive, uninflated wholesale rates and "Secret Member" deals intended strictly for personal, non-commercial travel.

You are strictly prohibited from booking rooms on Stailonga with the intent to resell, broker, or otherwise transfer the reservation to a third party for commercial gain. Any suspected reselling will result in the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your bookings and a permanent ban from the platform.

3. Anti-Scraping and Data Protection

Our pricing data and wholesale inventory are proprietary. You agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our platform for any purpose, including mining pricing data or inventory availability. Violation of this clause will result in immediate IP blocking and potential legal action for damages.

4. User Requirements and Conduct

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation to use this platform.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information during checkout. Stailonga is not responsible for booking failures caused by incorrect details.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to deny service, cancel bookings, or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

By booking through Stailonga, you agree to the dynamic cancellation rules set by the specific hotel, which are presented to you at checkout. All financial transactions, dispute resolutions, and refund processing are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy. You agree that unjustified or fraudulent bank chargebacks violate these terms and will result in a ban from our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADNLIZ VENTURES LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of this website or your stay at a booked property.

You agree to defend and indemnify Stailonga and its affiliates from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, or penalties brought by third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
