Financial Data Shield: Stailonga does not process or store your raw credit card numbers. All payments are securely handled and encrypted by the certified payment gateways integrated into our LiteAPI/Nuitée wholesale infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following essential business purposes:

Booking Fulfillment: To reserve your room, send confirmation emails, and provide customer support.
Platform Access: To authenticate your identity when you access the "Manage Bookings" portal using your email and booking reference.
Marketing & Communications: If you opt-in to our newsletter or "Secret Member Rates," we use platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo to send you travel deals. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Advertising & Retargeting: We use tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and deliver relevant ads to you on other platforms (e.g., via Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Pixel).
