All cancellations and changes must be made through our website or by email before the cancellation deadline – we do not accept changes by telephone. Please note that only one amendment per booking is permitted, and some rates are non-refundable. Your cancellation policy is clearly stated on your confirmation voucher.

All direct taxes are included in our rates. However, some destinations require local tourist taxes, city taxes, or resort fees to be paid directly at the hotel upon checkout. Any additional charges will be clearly noted in your booking confirmation and voucher.
